is having between hiring who’s comfortable
versus whose best for the job. We then watch,
after some coaching from her boss, what decision

Presentation outlining what laws exist and how
our government assists in creating a workplace
of equality and respect. Here we will also
address who benefits from Affirmative Action
along with a brief discussion on protected

Checklist
Narrative outlining a checklist, that in
conjunction with our “4-step management thought
process”, employees and supervisors can utilize

fair, respectful, and inclusive experience.

What Are My Employer’s
Policies?
Interactive allowing your company to place your
diversity and inclusion policies into our
e-learning course. We then allow for an employee
to email these policies to themselves or print
the document. (Time: Approximately 2 minutes)
"What Would You Do?"
Scenarios
Three interactives each presenting a situation
and diversity challenge that you could very well
be faced with in your organization. The viewer
is then challenged to make the best choice based
on what they have learned and then receives the
explanation to their choice. Scenarios will
cover conflict resolution, performance feedback,
and talent selection. (Time: Approximately 3
minutes each)
Post-Assessment Test
A multiple choice test designed to
review key learning points, policies and
procedures that you have learned. (Time:
Approximately 5-7 minutes)
Conclusion
Final presentation reiterating how diversity
represents a tremendous source of strength if we
learn how to use our differences to our
advantage by practicing affirmative action.
